The Latin American Poultry Summit will focus on leading technical topics covering live production and processing
issues of greatest priority to Latin American poultry and egg producers and processors. This event will build upon
and expand the "Poultry Seminar in Spanish" education program that has been conducted at the International
Production & Processing Expo for several years. It is the largest of its kind, connecting industry leaders in the
Latin American poultry industry with poultry researchers and experts in their fields.
The content focus will focus on a variety of areas for broilers and layers. The summit will bring together key
researchers from universities and leaders from genetic companies, suppliers, integrators and commercial
companies to learn, discuss and network.
Special recognition will also be provided for the Latin American Hall of Fame during the summit, founded and
presented by WATT Global Media and Industria Avícola magazine, to recognize people who have dedicated their
lives to the advancement of the poultry industry in Latin America. Additionally, students and advisors participating
in the USPOULTRY Foundation International Student Program will be recognized during the event.
Attendees of the Latin American Poultry Summit will have an opportunity to access to the IPPE show floor (registration required) where they can interact and network with producers from throughout the world, as well as see the latest technology for the feed, meat
and poultry industries.
