Overview
IPPE is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants. All individuals involved in the event are expected to help create a positive and respectful experience. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated at any time during the event.
This Code of Conduct applies to all participants-including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, staff, service providers, board members, and partners-and covers all event activities, including exhibits, session, and special events.
Registration
All attendees must be properly registered to attend IPPE. Exhibitors are required to register all booth personnel.
Discrimination / Harassment
IPPE maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin.
Anyone who experiences or observes inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report it by contacting info@ippexpo.org so that appropriate action can be taken.
Suitcasing Policy
Unauthorized solicitation by non-exhibitors is not allowed. "Suitcasing" refers to the practice of individuals attending the event without exhibiting but promoting their business in public spaces such as aisles.
These individuals bypass exhibitor fees while still accessing attendees, which is unfair to official exhibitors and is strictly prohibited.
Other Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassing, abusive, discriminatory or demeaning language or actions
- Verbal abuse toward any participant or staff member
- Offensive comments or visuals related to personal characteristics (e.g., race, gender, religion, disability)
- Stalking, intimidation or unwanted attention
- Threats of physical, professional or financial harm
- Disrupting sessions, exhibits or event activities
- Recording or photographing presentations, sessions or exhibits without permission
- Posting or sharing unauthorized promotional materials or solicitations
- Displaying promotional items outside approved exhibitor spaces
- Ignoring requests to stop inappropriate behavior
- Sharing event credentials with others
- Posting negative or defamatory comments about competitors on social media or app
Interference with Exhibitors
Participants are expected to respect exhibitors' activities, including booth operations, product demonstrations, meetings and educational sessions. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful or distracting is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
IPPE reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including removal from the event without refund and restriction from future events.
Confidentiality
Participants may encounter confidential information during the event. This information must not be shared or used without proper authorization. Recording or capturing images of exhibits or products without permission is prohibited.
Personal Responsibility
By attending IPPE, participants agree to act responsibly to protect the health and safety of others. This includes following applicable regulations and public health guidance.
While safety measures are in place, attendance carries inherent risks, including possible exposure to illness. By attending, participants accept these risks and agree not to hold IPPE or its affiliates liable.
