Customer Connection Center Overview
The Customer Connection Center areas provide meeting room set-ups on the exhibit floor for exhibitors to have private meetings with clients, available Tue., Jan. 26, through Thu., Jan. 28, 2027, during show hours.
All meeting participants are required to be registered and badged. To take advantage of this feature, you must have an exhibit booth of at least 200 square feet. Exhibitors will be able to reserve these meetings rooms on a first come-first served basis based on a minimum of two hours. Light snacks and beverages can be pre-ordered through Levy Restaurants for additional fees (Exhibitor Manual Vendor Services section).

B-Building, Show Floor Level 1, inside B4/B5 main entrance on next to TECHTalks Theater B49033 and beside the
Fuel Market Food Court at B50025
Note: There may be announcements made during show hours. In addition, an IPPE Happy Hour will take place from 4 - 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, on the show floor with music and entertainment. IPPE is not responsible for any disruption of meetings as a result of these activities.
Price:
2-hour minimum (Show Hours): $500
Half day (4 hours): $1000
Full Day (Show Hours): $1500

Suitable for meetings with up to 12 people
8' high sound reduction panel walls
1 – Standard GEM Door
Basic meeting table with 12 chairs surrounding
Electricity and 2 plug-in strips
Audio/Visual equipment is not included. Renter will need to order A/V equipment separately through PRG, an IPPE approved vendor. See exhibitor manual VENDOR SERVICES section for Audio/Visual order details through provider PRG.
