The room reservation fee is $400.00 USD per reservation.
The room reservation deadline is Jan 5, 2024 11:59:00 PM. After this date, reservations must be made on-site.

Attention!

For C Building exhibitors, on Wednesday, January 31, there is NO BUILDING C MEETING ROOM AVAILABILITY. Should you request a meeting room for that day, it will be assigned in Building B.

Rooms may only be rented during these approved times. If you require more than one room or more than one time slot, please complete an additional request.

Monday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ($400 per room, per event)
Tuesday: 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.; 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m. ($400 per room, per event)
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.; 12 - 1:30 p.m.; and after 5:00 p.m. ($400 per room, per event)
Thursday: 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.; 12 - 1:30 p.m.; and after 3:00 p.m. ($400 per room, per event)
