Poultry Leads the Way: Save the Date for the 2027 Latin American Poultry Summit

The 2027 Latin American Poultry Summit is set for Monday, Jan. 25, in Atlanta, Ga., USA. The event will be held in conjunction with the International Poultry Expo (IPE), part of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), and is co-hosted by the Latin American Poultry Association.

The Summit will explore how the poultry industry continues to lead the way in animal protein, highlighting the breakthroughs, technologies and strategies shaping the future of production. The one-day agenda is designed to maximize participants’ time at the Expo while providing valuable opportunities to exchange ideas and build industry connections.

Networking opportunities will include a luncheon, coffee breaks and a reception, and these are included in the cost of attending the summit. Students and advisors participating in the USPOULTRY Foundation International Student Program will also receive special recognition during the event.

For more than a decade, the Latin American Poultry Summit has served as a key gathering for poultry professionals throughout Latin America to explore emerging technologies, gain insights from animal health and food safety experts, and discuss the issues and opportunities influencing the region’s poultry industry.
